Burnaby Halloween Festival

The Burnaby Halloween Festival returns this October, transforming the city into BC’s ultimate Halloween destination. From October 3–31, this month-long celebration features 20+ unique events for all ages, making Burnaby the place to be for spooky fun and fall festivities.

Experience the glowing magic of Pumpkins After Dark, where more than 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins light up Central Park, or join the fun at the Monster Dash 5K, a spirited Halloween run perfect for costumed participants and cheering spectators.

This year introduces exciting new highlights, including MetroCon, BC’s newest FanCon, and Sinner’s Cabaret, a bold 19+ variety show blending drag, burlesque, and live music. Families can enjoy the first-ever Day of the Dead Celebration in Burnaby, filled with performances, crafts, and delicious food.

Visitors can also take advantage of the Ghostly Getaway offer: Stay at a participating Burnaby hotel and attend at least one ticketed event to receive a $100 shopping gift card to The Amazing Brentwood or Metropolis at Metrotown.
