• Unique local gifts: Over a hundred makers rotate throughout the season, so the lane is never quite the same twice.
• Christmas Creations: Handcrafted ornaments, festive cards and yuletide decor you won’t find anywhere else on the North Shore!
• Local Artisans: From hand-poured candles, ceramics and woodcraft, to jewellery, accessories and cozy winter fashions.
• Pantry & Preserves: Honeys, hot sauces, kettle corn, gingerbread and locally-made jams for the host with the most.
• The Pipe Shop, L’Orangerie Noël: A festive shopping & sipping experience like no other! Head inside the old Shipyards Pipe Shop and find an upscale market hall, where artisan boutiques and studios give way to festive music, cozy furnishings, and an elegant champagne bar.
• Boutique Shopping: 12 high-end artisans in a vintage department store set-up: loose leaf German tea, olive oil and balsamic, handcrafted chocolates, homeware, handcrafted toys and beautiful stationery.
• Champagne Bar: Veuve Clicquot, Espresso Martinis & Prosecco cocktails served in crystal glasses, with a side of charcuterie.
• Curated Art: Curated artworks on display in the Gallery. Browse, buy, or join in our Art Auction, hosted by North Van Arts.
• Skate at the market: Lace up those skates! The Shipyards Christmas Market is not organized by the City of North Vancouver, but their skating rink is a magical addition to our market. Skating entry is free: no booking, no session times, just get on when there’s room!
• Photos with Santa and Mrs Claus: Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, it’s worth a picture for the holiday card! Skip the lineups at the mall, and bring your camera or phone down to the Shipyards. Our trusty little elves will snap a photo for you free of charge.
