1. Kids Fringe

Part of Edmonton International Fringe Festival. KidsFringe is a FREE, fun and a family-friendly mini-Fringe site organized by Fringe Theatre Adventures (FTA), providing ten days of arts-based opportunities and entertainment for children and youth, their families and caregivers. 

2. Family Channel Big Ticket Summer Concert

Family’s annual Big Ticket Summer Concert, presented by LEGO Friends, is back! Showcasing the biggest and brightest young talent from across the globe, this year’s lineup of performers includes Becky G, The Vamps, cast members from The Next Step, Shane Harte and The Tide. The concert will be hosted by Lamar Johnson and Jordan Clark from The Next Step.

5.  Old Fashioned Sunday Afternoon

Enjoy an Old Fashioned Sunday Afternoonwith Relay Races, Lawn Games, Popcorn, Lemonade and a Sing-a-long.

6.  Family Nature Nights

Join Nature Kids along with experts who will teach you all about dinosaurs and rocks! There will be activities, crafts and nature walks.

Family Nature Nights (FNN) is a project designed by Nature Alberta’s Nature Kids, The Alberta Science Network and The City of Edmonton, Community Recreation Services (CRS). Details

The Edmonton Fringe Festival is North America’s largest and longest-running Fringe Festival attended by 665,750 festivalgoers in 2014 with a record-breaking 118,280 tickets sold to indoor and BYOV performances. Singer songwriters and siblings Cadence and Nathan Burns decided to combine their talents after years with other groups and solo. Known for their boisterous banter and thoughtful songs, Cadence and Nathan have quickly caught the attention of radio stations and music blogs.

8. Ukrainian Music Fest

Experience a unique blend of traditional and contemporary Ukrainian-Canadian musicians in live concert as the Friends of the Ukrainian Village Society presents Ukrainian Music Fest 2015. On the main stage there will be a live concert, presented by 790 CFCW and host Steven Chwok, which will feature an array of musicians who will begin performing at noon.
