1. Science FunDay!
FUNday is our free-of-charge, all-day, annual science exhibition for families, featuring over 40 interactive science experiments and numerous exciting presentations throughout the day. It features hands-on demonstrations and special guest speakers who are experts in their fields. Highlights from last year include making rockets, smoke ring cannons, and magic snow, a walk-through of our glow-in-the-dark tent, DNA extraction from strawberries, and much more!
2. Sharon & Bram
Since 1978, Sharon Hampson and Bram Morrison have been pre-eminent in all aspects of family entertainment across North America. For their years of work providing the best in participatory music for children and their families, Sharon and Bram have been inducted into The Order of Canada, the highest honour in the country. 1. U of A CO2 Drag Race
Join family and friends as they cheer on 100 junior high students competing for the honour of having the fastest C02 car! In addition to seeing handmade cars speed down a 75-foot track in under one second, guests can enjoy interactive displays and presentations about cars and robots and even challenge friends to robot wrestling! This annual event is sponsored by the U of A’s Faculty of Engineering in celebration of National Engineering and Geoscience Month and is organized by DiscoverE, Edmonton Catholic School District and Edmonton Public School Board.

4. Comedy Night with YOUCAN Youth Services
Annual YOUCAN Comedy Night. Hosted by Carrie Doll, enjoy an evening with comedians Sean Lecomber and Dave Hemstad. There will be food, fun and fundraising all in support of our programs supporting youth in Edmonton.

6. Red Carpet Affair 2015
