Toronto is getting a full day that blends music, wellness, and community spirit, all tied to a bigger goal.
On June 6, 2026, Nathan Phillips Square will host TOgether, a free festival that starts in the daytime and builds into an evening concert. The lineup leans heavily Canadian, with Feist, Alessia Cara, Broken Social Scene, and Paul Langlois taking the stage.
The event is presented by Fitzrovia and produced by MRG Live, with a clear purpose. Organizers are aiming to raise more than $1 million for University Health Network and Michael Garron Hospital Foundations.
Adrian Rocca, CEO of Fitzrovia, framed it as a response to growing pressure on healthcare, noting the city’s population is outpacing infrastructure. Matthew Gibbons of The MRG Group pointed to the role of live events in bringing people together, especially for something that extends beyond entertainment.
The funds will support two very different but complementary institutions. UHN, recently ranked second globally, focuses on advanced research and complex care. Michael Garron Hospital, rooted in East Toronto, serves one of the country’s most diverse communities.
The daytime portion keeps things accessible and community-driven.
Here’s what’s planned:
- Health and wellness sessions: Led by Barry’s Canada and Lululemon, focused on movement and fitness.
- Activities by Busy Minds designed to engage younger attendees.
- Food trucks and local vendors: A curated mix of Toronto’s food scene.
- Hospital activations: Interactive displays showing real-world healthcare impact.
- Special guest appearances: Canadian Olympians, cultural figures, and political leaders.
Fundraising runs throughout the day, with prizes including a Dodge Charger Daytona and courtside Toronto Raptors tickets.
