Firehouse Subs, the official sub partner of the Toronto Maple Leafs, is marking the team’s home opener on October 8 with a free sub offer for fans in downtown Toronto.

Between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on game day, supporters wearing official Maple Leafs merchandise can receive a free medium Hook & Ladder® sub at five participating Firehouse Subs locations across the city. The promotion celebrates the return of hockey season and the partnership between the restaurant chain and the team.
“Being the official sub of the Toronto Maple Leafs is an incredible opportunity to be part of one of the most passionate fan bases in sports,” said Sam Gallant, General Manager of Firehouse Subs Canada. “We’re proud to fuel that fandom with our signature subs.”
The collaboration will continue throughout the 2025–26 NHL season with a new $5 Hat Trick offer. For every hat trick scored by a Maple Leafs player, Firehouse Subs Rewards members can purchase a medium Brisket Hat Trick sub for $5 the following day.
The sandwich includes beef brisket, smoked turkey breast, and honey ham, topped with cheddar and a sweet and tangy BBQ slaw. The offer will be available through the Firehouse Subs app or website at participating restaurants.
The free sub and $5 Hat Trick promotions highlight Firehouse Subs’ ongoing partnership with the Maple Leafs and its effort to engage hockey fans throughout the season.
