Rock band Foo Fighters, led by Dave Grohl, has announced a new stadium tour for 2026 that includes four Canadian performances.
The tour will stop at Rogers Stadium in Toronto on August 4, Mosaic Stadium in Regina on September 15, Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton on September 17, and BC Place in Vancouver on September 20.
The Canadian dates are part of a North American stadium tour that will also visit major U.S. venues, including Ford Field in Detroit, Soldier Field in Chicago, and Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Supporting acts for the Canadian stops include Queens of the Stone Age and Mannequin Pussy, with Gouge Away joining for the Vancouver show.
The tour announcement coincides with the release of the band’s new single, “Asking for a Friend,” described by Grohl as “a song for those who have waited patiently in the cold, relying on hope and faith for their horizon to appear.”
Grohl said in a statement that returning to live performances has reaffirmed the band’s passion for touring: “We have been reminded of why we love and are forever devoted to doing this Foo Fighters thing.”
