The new cafe located at 47 Harry Walker Parkway South in Newmarket will have unique offerings and customers can enjoy freshly baked pastries, bread, cakes, artisan coffees, sandwiches, and salads.
Paris Baguette, per the news release, provides freshly baked goods daily. It includes expertly crafted cakes, meticulously decorated cake slices, seasonal specials, and handcrafted gourmet sandwiches suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Freshly baked baguettes and loaves are also available for those who prefer to enjoy them at home. For those looking for a lighter option, there are seasonal and classic salads. The bakery section offers a delightful assortment of sweet and savoury pastries and donuts, all freshly baked daily. Additionally, there are packaged roll cakes and castellas.
On the beverage menu, customers can enjoy seasonal beverages, hot coffee for a quick pick-me-up, and refreshing cold coffee options. There’s also a variety of teas and more to choose from.

For catering needs, the breakfast catering options include assorted pastries, mini croissant breakfast sandwiches, and donuts. Dessert catering features a selection of perfectly baked cookies. Sandwiches and salads in mini croissant and baguette forms, as well as salad bowls, are available to cater gatherings and events.
