Camp near the Lake
Enjoy a weekend of camping at Jarvis Bay Provincial Park bordering the lake. There is no direct access to Sylvan Lake from Jarvis Bay Provincial Park. Enjoy hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing here.

Splat Mastersis what they call the kids (ages 5-10) paintball at Sylvan Lake Paintball. Shoot your way to ultimate bragging rights and ultimate fun. Sylvan Lake Paintball is the longest running paintball course in central Alberta, with safety being top priority and fun being a close second.

Wide open spaces should be a birthright of every Canadian child. Living in one of the largest yet least populated countries in the world does come with some advantages. One of which is the amount of open park and areas to play in. Centennial Parkis a large Municipal Park located right on the shores of Sylvan Lake. At Centennial Park you will find large green spaces perfect for a game of frisbee or tag. There are also plenty of picnic tables for a mid-day meal, as well as a children’s playground. Kids of all ages can come to Centennial Park and have a great time.
