Home Show and Canada Blooms have been cancelled as per Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health directive of all events of more than 1,000 people be suspended to help reduce possible risk regarding the spread of Covid-19/Coronavirus.
The organisers said, “In the 70 year history of the National Home Show and Toronto Home Shows, this is the first time we have had to suspend operations and underscores the importance of the measures being undertaken by Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health.”

With increasing concern about the spread of #COVID_19, Canada Blooms, Canada’s largest flower and garden festival, is suspending its 2020 show. Ontario Chief MoH & @TOPublicHealth have recommended all events of more than 1,000 people be suspended.

Alberta has adopted aggressive new public health measures including asking organisers to cancel all events with more than 250 attendees to help limit the spread of COVID-19.
