King Charles III Coronation Celebration in Regina to Feature Concert by Jeffery Straker, Giveaways

The Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan is throwing a Coronation Celebration of King Charles III, and everyone is invited!

It’s completely free, and no registration is necessary, so get ready to party like royalty on May 13th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Government House in Regina.

The highlight of the celebration hosted by Lieutenant Governor Russ Mirasty & Her Honour Donna Mirasty is a special musical performance by Jeffery Straker, who will debut a new song composed especially for the coronation. There will also be presentations to individuals with ties to King Charles III and the Royal Family.

 

Throughout Government House, guests will enjoy entertainment, refreshments, children’s crafts, and exhibits. Plus, there will be giveaways of coronation collectors’ pins, chokecherry seedlings from Shand Greenhouses, and other exciting stuff.

New displays focused on the Crown, and the Coronation will be open for viewing, so you can learn more about the history and traditions behind the event.

So, grab your fancy hats, dust off your tiaras, and join Lieutenant Governor Russ Mirasty and Her Honour Donna Mirasty for a fun-filled afternoon fit for a king.
