Milk Products Recall Due to Presence of Sanitizer

Milk Products Recall Due to Presence of SanitizerCanadian Food Inspection Agency issued a recall for certain milk products on January 24, 2020 due to the presence of sanitizer. Food contaminated with sanitizer residue may not look or smell spoiled.

 

Products include Sealtest Skim Milk, 1%, 2%, 3.25% Milks by Agropur Cooperative who triggered the recall. Canadian Food Inspection Agency is advising Canadians to check whether you have the recalled products in your home. Consumers should not consume the recalled products described and should be thrown out or returned to the store where they were purchased.

Consumption of this product may cause symptoms such as nausea, upset stomach or vomiting. According to the statement, there has been one reported illness associated with the consumption of these products.
