Canada’s Wonderland is putting fireworks at the centre of its summer plans, with what the park says is its biggest fireworks lineup ever.

This year, the park will host seven fireworks nights, including five in July alone. Four of those July dates are new Saturday evening shows: July 4, July 11, July 18 and July 25.
The full 2026 fireworks schedule includes July 1, July 4, July 11, July 18, July 25, August 2 and September 6. The August show falls during the Civic Holiday weekend, while the final display is set for the Labour Day weekend.
Each fireworks show begins at 10 p.m. Visitors can expect more than 6,000 colourful fireworks bursts, reaching more than 800 feet into the night sky. The displays will be choreographed to an original soundtrack created specifically for Canada’s Wonderland.
The park is also adding more to the atmosphere around the fireworks nights. New fire divers off Wonder Mountain and street performers are planned as part of the evening entertainment, giving guests more to see before and around the main display.
For guests looking for a reserved viewing option, Canada’s Wonderland is also offering a VIP Fireworks Experience. It includes access to the Lazy Bear Lodge patio, unlimited hors d’oeuvres and desserts, plus two drinks for adults, along with a prime spot to watch the show.
The fireworks also tie into the park’s broader summer programming. From July 1 to 5, Celebration Canada will bring live music, family activities, entertainment and Canadian-inspired food to the park. On Canada Day, the Smoke Trail Singers are scheduled to perform.
While Canada’s Wonderland has other summer additions, including KidZfest, new live shows and a new Membership program, the headline this season is clear: more fireworks nights, more July dates and more chances to end a park visit by looking up
