Nestled within the scenic boundaries of New Brunswick, the provincial parks offer fabulous campsites that serve as gateways to some of Canada’s most stunning beaches and spectacular natural wonders.
This year, the reservation system of Parks NB for summer 2024 camping will open on February 13th at 9 a.m. AST.
Campgrounds reservations for all New Brunswick Parks (provincial) will open on the same day:
- Sugarloaf Provincial Park — Camping: Year Round
- Mount Carleton Provincial Park — Camping: Year Round
- Mactaquac Provincial Park– Camping: Year Round
- The Anchorage Provincial Park — Camping: May 17, 2024 – September 22, 2024
- République Provincial Park — Camping: May 17, 2024 – September 29, 2024
- Parlee Beach Provincial Park — Camping: May 17, 2024 – October 7, 2024
- North Lake Provincial Park — Camping: May 17, 2024 – September 15, 2024
- New River Beach Provincial Park — Camping: May 17, 2024 – September 22, 2024
- Murray Beach Provincial Park — Camping: May 17, 2024 – September 15, 2024
- Herring Cove Provincial Park — Camping: May 17, 2024 – September 15, 2024
If you are looking for roofed accommodations (comfort camping), Herring Cove, Mactaquac, Murray Beach, New River Beach, Parlee Beach, Republique, Sugarloaf and Anchorage have Rustic Shelter camping.
There is a non-refundable $10.00 reservation fee for each campsite you reserve.
The campground at Fundy Trail Parkway is tentatively scheduled to open on July 1st, 2024. To reserve your camping spot, Parks NB advises calling the park at 1-866-386-3987. Online reservations for the campground will become available for the 2025 camping season.
Herring Cove, Mactaquac, New River Beach, Republique, and Sugarloaf have Ch-A-let options in addition to regular tenting and electrical sites.
Mount Carleton Provincial Park has 2 heritage cabin sites.
