The best things about restaurant openings in Edmonton are two-fold. First, there are usually many restaurant openings within one month in Edmonton.

These include family spots, pubs and cocktail bars, or cafes and bakeries. Secondly, Edmonton always receives a great variety of different cuisine options when new places open. And the restaurants which opened this past September are no different!

Edmonton’s city edges are in steady development and with this, we get to see the opening of various new local businesses in each of Edmonton’s new suburbs.

Mezbaan Indian Bistro is in southeast Edmonton’s newer Charlesworth neighbourhood. It is one of the only sit-down restaurants in the area! Lucky for those in Charlesworth, Mezbaan offers a warm interior atmosphere for drinks, snacks, or family time.

Often

We have a new cozy restaurant and bar in downtown Edmonton. And this will come in handy as the weather starts to dip in temperature. Often, downtown Edmonton’s newest lounge, is an inviting place for drinks with friends and coworkers, snacks before an Oiler game, or makes for a romantic new date night spot.

Little Wolf Restaurant

The new Little Wolf Restaurant aims to be your new favourite hang out spot in Old Strathcona. The Little Wolf opened in mid-September to much anticipation, and many are already buzzing about the poutine options. In addition to elevated pub foods for dinner, Little Wolf also offers a stunning list of craft cocktails.

La French Taste

The name may already sound familiar. If so, that is because La French Taste started as a farmers’ market stand before opening their new downtown bakery. Find the two owners and head bakers at markets around Edmonton still. But now, find them permanently downtown for those cakes, cookies, and croissants.

Where: 11401 95 St. NW

Crumbl Cookies

Edmonton and Sherwood Park: rejoice! The lines at Edmonton’s only Crumbl location (for now) are about to get a little bit shorter. Crumbl will open their second Capital Region location on October 6 in Sherwood Park. Thanksgiving weekend just got a whole lot sweeter!

Where: 390 Baseline Road #228, Sherwood Park
