Popeyes Canada has launched a limited-time menu dedicated to pickle enthusiasts, featuring four items built around the tangy flavour.

The centerpiece of the lineup is the Pickle Glaze Sandwich, a variation of Popeyes’ well-known chicken sandwich. This version includes hand-battered, fried chicken coated in a pickle-flavoured glaze and topped with thick pickle slices, all served on a toasted brioche bun.
Also featured are two wing options: Pickle Glaze Bone-In Wings and Pickle Glaze Boneless Wings. Both styles are covered in a pickle-based glaze. The bone-in version maintains the chain’s traditional crispy texture, while the boneless alternative offers the same coating without the bones.
Additionally, Fried Pickles are part of the offering. This item, already part of Popeyes’ $4 Favourites Value Menu, consists of sliced pickles seasoned and fried in the restaurant’s signature batter.
The menu expansion follows a wave of online interest in pickle-themed foods, part of a broader trend toward limited-time and niche flavour promotions in the fast food industry.
The “Pickle Menu” is available at participating locations across the country and through the website and mobile application.
Popeyes, founded in New Orleans in 1972, has grown to operate more than 4,000 restaurants globally. The chain is recognized for its Southern U.S.-inspired offerings, including fried chicken and Cajun-style sides.
