Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 16, and head over to the Mount Royal University Amphitheatre in Calgary for a day of frozen treats and fierce competition.
The main event of the day? An ice cream eating contest that will have you in awe and reaching for more sprinkles. Contestants will battle it out to see who can devour the most ice cream in a five-minute frenzy.
Bring your own blankets and chairs, and settle down on the grass for a front-row seat to this epic display of frozen dessert prowess.
But that’s not all! Your taste buds won’t be left hanging, either. In addition to Foothills Creamery treats, the delightful Berta Burger food truck will be on-site, ready to satisfy all your picnic cravings. So come hungry and leave with a belly full of delicious food and ice cream.
The best part? This event is for a good cause. Ticket sales are by donation, and all proceeds will go to Kids Cancer Care, supporting a noble and important cause while indulging in a guilty pleasure.
