Make the best of the summer season by taking a swim at Sand Hill Park, which is home to Ontario’s largest sand dunes.
These massive sand mountains are part of a family-owned park. You can climb to the top of this incredible 350’ sand tower and enjoy stunning views of Lake Erie below.

For those who want to explore the park, you can talk a walk along their nature trails, or you can get a ride to and from the beach on their beach shuttles. The shuttle service is only available on Saturdays and Sundays.
After taking a refreshing swim in the lake or walking around the beach you can explore other exciting activities. Play a game at their volleyball and basketball courts or ride around their BMX track. You can also play shuffleboard or horseshoe. Kids can play at the playground or make crafts at the craft and activity bar.
Snacks are available at the snack bar, and you can enjoy your food at the picnic shell. Enjoy live performances and movie nights at the band shell.
Bird watchers would love spotting bank swallows. These birds that nest on the sandy cliffs are especially easy to watch during nesting season.
If you are looking for a weekend stay, this is a wonderful place to camp with the entire family. They have 125 family campsites as well as 172 seasonal sites. They offer different kinds of campsites, including full serviced, serviced, unserviced, pull through or group campsites. The full serviced campsites have hydro, water and a sewer system. The serviced sites just have hydro and water facilities.
The seasonal sites offer ten months and 6-month full-service lots with hydro water and sewer facilities. The Park also has family tenting spaces on the West and East beaches. There are 25 open-concept sites at each of these beaches.
