St. Louis Bar & Grill Brings Back All You Can Eat Wingsanity and a Shot at Free Wings for Life

Wingsanity returns to St. Louis Bar & Grill and the all-you-can-eat wing promotion has a competitive twist for people who think they can out-eat everyone else at the table.

Running nationwide until August 3, the offer lets guests order unlimited Original, Dusted, Boneless, or Plant-Based wings for $24.99. Customers can choose their wing style, switch sauces between rounds, and keep ordering as long as they can keep eating. No drink purchase is required.

This year, the chain is also introducing the Hall of Famished, an in-restaurant leaderboard that tracks top wing eaters at each location. Every week, the highest wing eater at each restaurant becomes a Wingsanity Champion.

Those weekly champions are then entered for a 1 in 5 chance to win free wings for a year. They also go into a grand prize draw for free wings for life.

According to St. Louis Bar & Grill, the average Wingsanity order weighs about 2.3 pounds. Last summer, Canadians placed 125,000 Wingsanity orders, setting a record for the promotion.

Per the news release, guests can order as many rounds as they can handle, plant-based wings are available, and the first round comes with a choice of fries or veggie sticks. Garlic dill sauce is included with every round.

For the hungriest guests, there may also be a limited-edition Wingsanity 2026 T-shirt for those who make a memorable effort.
