Who doesn’t love ribs? If you want to enjoy delicious, locally made ribs with like-minded food lovers, then you’ll want to check out the Ribfest during this long weekend.

The festival will be held at Grace Hartman Amphitheatre overlooking Ramsey Lake. Head to Bell Park and get ready to enjoy some mouth-watering food along with lots of entertainment that you won’t want to miss.
There will be a range of great ribs available, and you’ll want to keep track of which ones you like best. This year’s competitors include Boss Hogs, Jack the Ribber, Oak & Barrel, Texas Rangers, Ribs Royale, and Crabby’s BBQ Shack, each serving up their own take on barbecue favourites.
There’s much more than barbecue on the menu at Ribfest Sudbury. Festival-goers can enjoy Filipino street food, grilled cheese and mac and cheese, poutine, blooming onions, corn on the cob, tornado potatoes, BeaverTails, mini donuts, caramel apples, ice cream, chocolate-dipped fruit, bubble tea, fresh lemonade, slushies, and more.
While you’re here, make sure you check out all the vendors to see what they’re selling. There will be plenty of cool things to buy that you won’t be able to get anywhere else except Ribfest!
If you’re coming here with your kids, there will be lots of kid-friendly activities including inflatables and face painting for them to enjoy.
Each evening, enjoy a full lineup of local performers and tribute acts. Friday features Crispo Duo, Tea & Tequila, and Bon Jovi Forever, while Saturday includes Hot Flashes, Cass & Jack, Naked Soul, Claudio Peralta & Show Latino, and Mötley Crüe tribute Dr. Feelgood. On Sunday, catch Brothers North, Randy Smith, Eric Cloutier, Twenty One, and The AC/DC Show to close out the weekend.

Ribfest begins September 4th and ends September 6th and will be open from 11 am to 10 pm on all 3 days.
Unlike previous years, Ribfest Sudbury will charge a $2 admission fee in 2026, while children under 12 can still attend for free.
