There are over 2,500 tapped trees on this spacious 200 acre farm, and a 60 seat log restaurant where you can Eat, Tour, Hike and Shop year round. During March and April, Maple Magic will be taking place by reservation only on Saturdays and Sundays.

Ross Farm Museum does not tap a lot of maple trees, but they still have fun producing maple syrup. Take your family out for a delicious meal of pancakes and maple syrup at the Rosebank Cottage. After a delicious meal, you can learn about the process of tapping the maple trees, collecting the sap, and boiling the sap down into syrup using an outdoor fire.
