One of the largest multicultural festivals in Canada returns to Toronto this long weekend.
Recognized as the largest food festival in North America, this festival has also been honoured by the World Book of Records London.

The festival, where you can set your taste buds on fire with chat patta curries or cool it off with thanda Lassies, will take over Nathan Phillips Square in downtown Toronto on August 2 & 3.
The 2025 festival is doubling down with the theme Canada’s BIGGEST Indian Mela. Emcee Amruta Sawant brings her signature energy and charisma to keep the crowd hyped and the weekend vibes high.
The festival will have 100+ vendors offering Indian street food, fusion dishes, desi fashion, jewelry, and traditional crafts. This year, you can have an unforgettable Bollywood experience with over 50 electrifying live dance performances inspired by 15 iconic Bollywood films. From timeless classics to modern hits, this vibrant showcase brings the magic of Indian cinema to life through high-energy choreography, dazzling costumes, and nonstop entertainment for fans of all ages, like:
- Devdas comes alive in a musical dance drama—experience this timeless tale of love and passion on August 2nd at 4:45 p.m.
- Oorja Danceworks ignites the stage with the rebellious spirit of Tanu Weds Manu—a wild, colourful tribute to desi love and chaos.
- Toronto Garba School presents a stunning tribute to Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam—a performance bursting with tradition, rhythm, and vibrant visuals.
