The taste of India festival was fantastic this year especially because there were representations from the culinary wonders of more states, and not just Punjab. Glad that there were Malayalam, Tamil and other songs presented on stage. Loved the fact that there was Bhagawan Ganesha on stage. Bharat and people from India do not have to be apologetic about our heritage and culture

I was disappointed ! have you all seen other festivals – they are so lit . I would give 5 star for all the performances and the artists. But please next time taste the food before giving out stalls – that is not how Indian food tastes. I visited the vendors that I usually do not visit other than the festival. I think I would have visited the once I was sure about that the food is good. Bad – its called taste of India – I was crying that no it is not what any food in India tastes like.

The event is named TASTE OF “INDIA” but one will hardly find any South Indian Food stalls. There was a dance group who perfomed on South Indian beat for 2-3 mins and that was it. INDIA has 28 states! 28!!!! NOT JUST PUNJAB!! If you just want to play Punjabi music at entire event just name the event as TASTE OF PUNJAB! NOT INDIA!!!!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I SAW SOUTH INDIANS WALK OUT OF THE EVENT AS THEY DIDN’T FEEL INCLUDED IN THE EVENT!
