This annual event, starting at 5:30 p.m. in Enniskillen on Wednesday, December 3 and concluding at 7 PM in Tyrone, celebrates Christmas in the countryside with festively decorated farm equipment.
Local farmers take this opportunity to extend their gratitude to neighbours and friends for their year-round patience and understanding with slow-moving farm machinery on the roads.
Adding to the festive spirit, the parade also serves as a channel for generosity. Durham East 4-H Members will accompany the parade and collect non-perishable food donations. These donations will directly benefit the community, helping spread goodwill and support.

The parade route, carefully planned by the Municipality and Police service, begins at Old Scugog Rd and Concession 9, north of Enniskillen.
It then proceeds south through Enniskillen, crosses Concession 8, and turns east at Concession 7. The parade will continue, crossing Highway 57, culminating at The Tyrone Community Centre, ensuring a safe and joyous experience for participants and spectators.
Remember to dress for the weather as the forecast calls for a low of around -2 deg. C in the evening.
