Mediacorp Canada Inc. has announced the winners of Canada’s Top Family-Friendly Employers for 2024, highlighting companies that excel in supporting their employees’ familial obligations.

This accolade, part of the broader Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, celebrates organizations that extend comprehensive support to their staff, acknowledging the importance of family in an employee’s life.
According to Kristina Leung, Mediacorp’s managing editor, these recognized employers are celebrated for understanding that their employees’ welfare extends beyond the workplace, encompassing the well-being of their families.
The criteria for this recognition include a wide array of family-focused benefits such as flexible childcare solutions, often accompanied by subsidies; enhanced leave policies for a range of family care needs; support for various paths to parenthood, including IVF, surrogacy, and adoption; and expanded mental health coverage that also caters to family members. These measures reflect an evolving workplace that values the integration of professional and personal life.
