The infamous Train of Terror returns to Alberta this October, promising a heart-stopping adventure not for the faint of heart. Whether you brave it alone or with friends, prepare to be immersed in a haunting adventure.
The thrilling adventure unfolds at a train station, where you begin your 2-hour journey with a walkthrough of a menacing maze of horror. You are then welcomed aboard the moving train, a hub of fright and excitement, where you can bolster your courage with a drink before delving deeper into the chilling tale based on this year’s theme.
The moving train Halloween haunt is only for those above 18 years of age. However, a waiver must be signed due to the intense experience that awaits; performers are allowed to grab, scream, and chase attendees, immersing them in an otherworldly fear. Individuals with health conditions, including pregnancy, claustrophobia, heart issues, and respiratory issues, are advised against attending.
Tickets are available online, and admission starts at $66.66. The event spans select dates from October 2 to November 1, with varying departure times.
The venue, Aspen Crossing, situated 45 minutes southeast of Calgary, offers free parking but is not accessible via public transport.
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure to navigate the warm-up maze, “Ghostly Garden,” and complete necessary check-ins and temperature scans before boarding.
