The initiative will cover up to $10 per ride for trips to and from the polls and is available in 21 cities across the country.

“There’s a lot going on in Canada right now, and we want to make sure all Canadians have a chance to
have their voice heard,” said Cody Ruberto, Founder and CEO of Uride, announcing the deal.

“Voting is one of the most important ways to do that. Whether someone doesn’t have access to a car, is on a tight budget, or just
needs help – we want to help make voting as easy and accessible as possible.”

To access the free ride, users must download the Uride app, set their polling station as the destination, and apply a city-specific promo code. The codes vary by location, with examples including VOTEMON for Moncton, VOTESJ for Saint John, and VOTEKELOWNA for Kelowna.
