The Royal Agriculture Winter Fair is celebrating 101 years of world-class equine and agricultural excellence and runs from November 3 to 12.

The winter fair takes place every November and celebrates the best in agriculture, local food and equestrian competitions from across the country. It is the largest combined indoor agricultural fair and international equestrian competition in the world.
From world-class horse jumping competitions to local food showcase, here are some of the highlights of this year’s winter fair:
- The Royal Horse Show, Canada’s premier equestrian event, features a wide array of competitions from Show Jumping to diverse horse breeds. Events span the fair days, each offering unique shows like the Henry Equestrian Canadian Show Jumping Championship, the Mad Barn Indoor Eventing Challenge, and family-friendly performances such as the Pony Jumper National Championship and Braeburn Farms Hunter Derby. A notable attraction is the Australian Horseman & Entertainer, Guy McLean. The pinnacle event is the Longines FEI World Cup™.
- Royal Rodeo: Cheer on top barrel racers, pole benders, saddle bronc riders, best bull, saddle bronc and bareback riders from across the country during the Royal Rodeo. The event will be emceed by Amber Marshall.
- Artisan Pavilion: The Made By Me Artisan Pavilion features local, Canadian vendors presenting hand-crafted items ranging from artwork to clothing and decor.
- Burnbrae Farms Culinary Academy: For $20, attendees can learn recipes from renowned chefs, emphasizing local ingredients.
- OLG Entertainment Stage: This stage will come alive with music and performances from various artists like Caleb Elias Zachary Erickson and Kelly Davies.
- Animal Theatre: This segment highlights animals at work and play, including border collies herding sheep and performances by the Global Pet Foods SuperDogs®.
- Spotlight on Local: Celebrate local Ontario produce with the Champions Showcase. Plus, Metro Grocery Stores will introduce participants of their Locally Sourced Program.
- Growth Hub Stage: In partnership with RBC Future Launch, this platform provides guidance for young Canadians exploring education and careers in the Agri Food domain and beyond.
