4. Go Ice Skating at Celebration Square

In the heart of Mississauga, Celebration Square offers ice skating on its outdoor rink, seven days a week. The rink can accommodate up to 60 people and offers skate rentals.

Eden Food for Change has been providing meals, employment skills, and social advocacy in Mississauga since 1989. 7. Explore the boardwalk at Rattray Marsh Conservation Area

8. Find Tranquillity at Kariya Park
Kariya Park has been coined a ‘sister city‘ within Mississauga to build a bridge between Japan and North America. The initiative began in the 1950s to address the conflict caused by the Second World War. In 1992, Mississauga unveiled this Japanese-inspired garden featuring sculptures in honour of the nations’ partnership. While you can experience most of its splendour during the spring and summer, the grounds are still available to be explored during the winter as well. Find peace amidst the sweeping branches of the cherry trees while taking in the splendid views.
