Edmonton Christmas Market is returning for the 2021 season for 11 days with 50+ local makers from November 26th to December 12th to two locations.
The market will take over Army & Navy Department store in Old Strathcona for the first two weekends.
Fort Edmonton Park will be the newest venue this year for the last weekend and the market will feature live entertainment, captivating light installations, outdoor market huts, festive decor, and a whole lot of holiday cheer.
Other activities planned for this year’s market include locally crafted beverages at family-friendly beverage gardens, chef-driven menus, in-person activations, including carousel and sleigh rides, workshops, carnival games, and more.
Edmonton Christmas Market will be implementing the Exemption Restriction Program for all patrons, vendors, volunteers and staff.
COVID procedures include distanced vendor booths, mandatory masks and/or face shields, controlled patron traffic, regular robust cleaning measures on high touch surfaces throughout the market and before each market day.
Tickets are required and admission costs $5.

40+ Christmas Markets and Holiday Craft Fairs in Edmonton 2021
We went to the Christmas market today, with our 2 grandaughters. We all were looking forward to getting into the Christmas Spirit. After registering, paying the admission for 2 adults…we were only there maybe 15 mins. It was Very dissappointing….nothing really to see…..for sure not making Your spirits bright. There wasn’t any entertainment, nothing for children…..there were more distillery set up for adults. For sure we will not be telling others to check this out. I think there could of been alot more for everyone….live entertainment, displays of lights….decorations. Maybe elves, etc. the children were Very sad. We did end buying them all a tree ornament.
