This event promises a fantastic lineup of activities for all ages, including food demos by international chefs, live music and dance performances, food competitions, and a vibrant Pan-American vendors’ market.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the diverse and delicious cuisine of North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean. The festival showcases the region’s rich culinary traditions and musical heritage.
The event features an array of highlights that are not to be missed.
- Friday opens with a dance lesson and performance by Aragüacu Latin Dance Company, followed by the Rice and Mango Band and the official opening ceremony featuring Mariachi Viva Mexico and Emiliano Rosales.
- Saturday offers a full day of activities, including folklore exhibitions from Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, and the Dominican Republic, coffee tastings, cooking demonstrations, an arepa eating competition, and a Pan-American parade. Evening performances include Caribbean and Dominican shows.
- Sunday focuses on family-friendly and culinary events, starting with Capoeira for children, a celebration of Colombia’s independence, food demos by Chef Jose Hadad and others, and performances by Raices de Chile and Sentir Venezuela. DJ Carlitos leads a flash mob, and the Panamerican Chef Award is presented before the festival closes with a live performance by SON D’AQUI Orchestra.
