The PhatBar Bakery is making a name for itself in Edmonton thanks to their signature treat: the Phat Tart. These are the bakery’s take on a breakfast treat which many of us love. Phat Bar makes their Phat Tart unlike any breakfast you had as a kid. Their other treats are just as exciting and include cakes and squares, cakes, cookies, and loaves. This bakery on Whyte Avenue is not brand new to Edmonton. However, they are celebrating the recent winter opening of their brand-new home on Whyte. The bakery is a step off 99th Street and has a world-class menu of baked goods. Their specialty is bread, so you can rely on the bakery for fresh-baked brunch sides, and the fact that they’re also an artisanal cheese shop!
