You will find that some restaurants will do either clam chowder, lobster chowder, or seafood chowder. 26. Matthew’s Carriage Rides
See the Lake of Shining Waters in style from a classic horse-drawn carriage. Matthew will guide and drive the carriage through the beautiful flower gardens and even around the Anne of Green Gables Museum property.
27. Greenwich Beach
Spend a lazy day together on the white sand at Greenwich Beach, located in Prince Edward Island National Park. It is famous for having the biggest sand dunes on the Island, as well as a floating boardwalk that allows you to explore some of the 900-acres of dunes without damaging them.

Check out the Peakes Wharf Summer Concert Series on the beautiful Charlottetown waterfront with your sweetheart. There will be various local entertainers performing at this free outdoor concert. Just keep in mind that all the shows are weather permitting.

42. Harness Racing at Red Shores Summerside
Take your date to Red Shores Summerside to watch exciting harness racing on what is believed to be the oldest, continuously racing track in Canada. RED SHORES is home to some of the biggest and most prestigious harness races in the country. In July, the Summerside Raceway hosts the Governors Plate.
