The move is following the expansion of the air transport agreement between Canada and the UAE.
Starting October 28, 2023, the airline will operate four weekly flights on its flagship Dreamliner fleet. This new route will complement Air Canada’s daily service between Toronto and Dubai, enhancing its reach in rapidly growing international markets.
According to the news release, the only non-stop service connecting Vancouver and Dubai is designed to connect seamlessly with destinations in Alberta, British Columbia, and the western United States through Air Canada’s YVR hub.
Vancouver-Dubai Service Schedule
In partnership with codeshare and frequent flyer partner Emirates, the Vancouver-Dubai flights will connect to numerous destinations in the Middle East, Indian subcontinent, and East Africa, offering customers convenience and choice.
The Vancouver-Dubai flights will be operated using Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, offering Signature Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class options. Tickets are now available for purchase.
United Arab Emirates’ flagship airlines, Etihad Airways and Emirates, also recently announced expansion, adding daily flights between Toronto and Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Airports.
