Calgary’s iconic summer celebration has announced a reimagined show for Calgary Stampede Bell Grandstand Show.

This year, the show sprinkled with nostalgic visuals and musical numbers from the 60s to today will see multi-JUNO Award-winning Canadian Country Music Icon, Dean Brody’s legendary performances for ten days topped by a spectacle of song and dance from The Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede, trick roping from Loop Rawlins, and acts by Circus Concepts and Shawnee Kish.
The 2022 Grandstand Show, rightly titled AMPLIFIED, will close each night with a spectacular fireworks finale.
According to Calgary Stampede, AMPLIFIED: The 2022 Bell Grandstand Show will celebrate the rich, deep and vivid journey of building Calgary through performance, taking audiences through a musical journey of iconic Calgary venues that have hosted some of the greatest music and art of all time – The Palace, Ranchman’s, The King Eddy, The GRAND, and many more!
The Calgary Stampede Bell Grandstand Show tickets start at $51.00 and this includes world’s premier Chuckwagon races which start nightly at 7:45 p.m.
Calgary Stampede Super Pass which grants you unlimited entry to Stampede Park for all 10 days and costs $49 is now on sale. The pass includes experiences like the Dog Bowl, Freestyle Motocross, three stages of music, and one of Canada’s largest powwows, Calgary Stampede Powwow.
2022 Calgary Stampede runs from July 8 to 17 and kicks off with a grand parade. The parade is free, but if you want to watch in comfort from reserved seats, then get bleacher seat tickets.
Recently, Calgary Stampede revealed a list of 40 new wacky midway food that will be available at this year’s festival.
