Events Description
The program is built around the title work, Caroline Shaw’s evocative Entr’acte. It features the masterworks of the string quartet genre—Haydn’s Quartet in F major, Op. 77, No. 2—alongside the delicate harmonies of John Dowland’s 16th-century Lachrimae Antiquae.
We are also excited to feature Blank Canvas by Calgary’s own Roydon Tse. Roydon, recently appointed Professor of Composition at the University of Saskatchewan, will be in attendance to speak about his work and meet audience members.
