Splash Day

Head to the Arts District at City Hall Plaza and Sir Winston Churchill Square for this FREE family-friendly event. Activities include indoor performances and programming at City Hall, games, the City Hall Fountain (weather permitting), music from DJ Seaglass, and entertainment by Sangea Academy.

 

• Join the Edmonton Public Library for activities and other artist-led crafts on the plaza
• The Edmonton Arts Council will have activities and games including table tennis, basketball, street hockey, large format chess and checkers, Jenga and giant Lego
• Inside City Hall, enjoy a Miles Davis Jazz Concert with Biboye Onanuga at 1:30pm, followed by a relaxing gong-centred sound bath led by Kevin Gaudet at 3pm
• Purchase a delicious meal or snack from one of the food trucks on site, and enjoy a free drink from The Hallway Café

Inside City Hall, enjoy Sangea Academy from noon to 1 p.m., a Miles Davis Jazz Concert with Biboye Onanuga from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., followed by a relaxing gong-centred sound bath led by Kevin Gaudet from 3 to 4 p.m.
