Events Description
The heart of the practice is centered on fluid movements and the release of tension in order to generate a deep sense of well-being, inner space and gratitude.
This course combines meditative movements and gentle exploration of the different asanas (postures) in a harmonious sequence to revitalize the body, release tensions, both physical and mental, and balance the mind.
The sessions will be held in French with supporting demonstration.
Who is it for?
This flow series is designed for beginner to intermediate levels.
