Snowy Saturdays at Beaver Creek

Become a citizen scientist by visiting us on designated dates to take part in a self-directed winter eco-scavenger hunt to help us track wildlife at Beaver Creek.

Participants will be encouraged to report their sightings on the iNaturalist app and the collected data will be used as part of Meewasin’s monitoring framework.

Meewasin staff will be on site to answer questions about this fun citizen science project. Stop by the Interpretive Centre to pick up your scavenger hunt card!

Remember: snow is habitat for lots of wildlife at Beaver Creek! Please stay on the trails and protect their winter habitat.
