“It’s not free! It’s $2! They won’t let me bring my gun!”
Get a life lol
No free admission, they would not let us in without paying $2 each. Shaking a purple bag at us full of money and insisting on the donation makes it an entrance fee and we went elsewhere for burgers, banana splits and Blizzards.
I really enjoyed Ribsfeast this year after not attending for two years. I love that there’s a $2 donation fee to help support the community. The volunteers works extremely hard keeping the place together with dignity and pride. There are check points and this made me and my family feel safe. The securities ensure that everyone practice safety in a very loving way. I like how smoking and drinking has been prohibited at certain areas particularly where kids are enjoying the rides. Thanks so much to everyone who initiated change!
I will not attend this Ribfest at Thomson Park if my 10 lb dog is not allowed to come with me. …also will they be checking for guns to these events.
TRUE IT”S NOT FREE.. MUST PAY $2.00 TO GET IN
If you are driving and planning to park in the vanue, good luck. So mis management i have never seen. Its 1 hour i am in queue, still waiting to leave parking. No volunteer inside of the paking area. Requested supervisor to send at least 1 person to give direction to cars, she replied she does not have resource. This is 1st and last time i am here.
It is not free admission. $2 donation per person to the Scarborough Rotary Club is required.
