EmCore is a platform for emerging choreographers to share their energy, ideas, and voices. In this showcase, choreographers have collaborated to create a cohesive, character-driven narrative while maintaining their individuality as artists. We prioritize creativity, originality, and collaboration, offering a space for experimentation and new perspectives in dance.

Directed by Kayla Shenassa with production support from Elisha Shen, Isabelle Quon, Lily Santos O’Keefe, Michelle Fong, and Natalie Phang, this year’s group of choreographers are: Anna Roberts, Campbell Speedy, Emiko Koizumi, Hannah Kohlman, Jo Rumscheidt, Lauren Hope, Luna Wang, Maryn Dwyer, Mieko Isaac, Mollie Sohn, Myrra Ethier, Serena Ten, Sophie Spurn, and Trista Davis.
