Wildlight Kitchen + Bar is pleased to collaborate with the team from Elgin Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City for an exclusive dinner celebration. Chef Warren Chow will team up with Chef Curtis Demyon, a veteran of the Vancouver food scene who now operates Elgin Saigon.
This collaborative multi-course World Chef Exchange dinner is a one-of-a-kind culinary experience with two talented young chefs who helm restaurants that were both MICHELIN-recommended in their respective cities’ 2023 guides.
Canapés and bubbles will be served reception-style before a seated six-course dinner takes place at 6:30, beverage pairings included.
