Shipyards Festival is a music festival and street party that takes place in the Lower Lonsdale district of North Vancouver.

Get ready to experience the best of live music, entertainment, and community spirit as the Shipyards Festival returns for an unforgettable FREE one-day event! Join us in Lower Lonsdale for a day filled with fun, excitement, and activities for all ages.

Find the Main Stage on East 1st Street, open from noon to 9PM. 1st Street will be packed with activities and festivities, featuring the Translink Car Free Days of Summer, on-street activations from local businesses, a Brewery District festival at the park, food options and street-games, along with even more live musical performances.

For the first time, the Marine Careers Expo (MCE) is coming to Shipyards Festival! Stop by to meet employers at The Shipyards, explore marine training and high-demand career opportunities through interactive activities, and step aboard vessels for free public tours.

Here’s what to expect!

Live Music Across Multiple Stages – Enjoy a diverse lineup of live performances from talented local artists. With a stage in The Shipyards and the Main Stage on 1st Street this year, there’s something for every musical taste.

Site-Wide Beer Garden – A wide selection of local craft beers and beverages throughout the festival zones, featuring sips from local breweries!

Family Activities – Kids can enjoy performances and activities at the Seaspan Family Zone in the Pipe Shop from 12 to 6PM.
