Facilitation Lab Vancouver offers a hands-on environment where you can test ideas, navigate real challenges, and strengthen your skills through practice.
This session uses the Practice Playground format — an interactive structure where participants rotate between facilitating, role-playing, and giving feedback. It’s experiential, supportive, and focused on practical growth rather than theory.
Bring a real situation you’re working through: a workshop you’re refining, a complex group dynamic, or a moment you want to handle more confidently next time. You’ll explore it with peers, experiment with approaches, and receive constructive input in a space designed for learning.
Whether you take the facilitator seat or contribute as an engaged participant, you’ll leave with clearer insight, practical tools, and renewed confidence.
