Take a step into our sod house and learn about our prairie past.
The sod house comes alive! Our homestead volunteers will show you what a day in the life was all about and answer any questions you have. This is a fun and interactive opportunity to learn a bit more about Manitoba’s cultural history.
-This program takes place outside and may include barriers for those with disabilities, please contact accessibility@forwhyte.org for more information or to see if accommodations can be made.
-The suggested entrance to FortWhyte Alive for this program is through the Alloway Reception Centre at 1961 McCreary Rd.
