Just 45 minutes west of Winnipeg, the award-winning Whoop & Hollar Folk Festival returns for its 12th year on August 29 and 30, 2026.
Enjoy a family-friendly weekend of music, art, nature, camping, and community, featuring some of Manitoba’s and Canada’s finest musicians.
Saturday takes place at Cottonwood Acres near Southport, with Sunday’s free concerts at Island Park in Portage la Prairie.
Explore nature trails, a wild pollinator garden, interactive workshops, a kids zone, local artisan market, food vendors, jam sessions, and the charming red barn between mainstage shows.
