Get your hands dirty with some of the interactive art exhibits, and learn more about the arts of different cultures as you explore the festival.
Dan Mangan and Carmanah will be performing on Friday, August 19th from 6 p.m to 9 p.m.
There will be fun things to check out like aerial dance performances, interactive plant walks, Indigenous art performances and installations, and even a tree giveaway on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday’s celebration will be focused on families and will feature events like storytelling, and indigenous musical performances among other fun activities.
Visit Coquitlam Heritage Society at Heritage Square on Saturday and Sunday. See exhibits in the Fraser Mills Train Station and the 1970s CP Rail Caboose, and then create a spyglass craft and a comic strip with our template inspired by your real or imagined trips.
Don’t worry about getting hungry while you’re at the Kaleidoscope Arts Festival. You’ll find plenty of food trucks on-site, all offering different but equally delicious food options.
It’s free to enter the festival, and the event runs for 3 days. On August 19th you’ll find events at Town Centre Park, while on August 20th you’ll get to enjoy performances at Blue Mountain Park. The last day of the event will be held at Victoria Park.
