Fort Edmonton Park

The Fort Edmonton Park is hosting a unique experience for those who are brave enough to join them on guided paranormal tours.

With two unique investigations led by guides trained Paranormal Investigators of Ghost Hunt Alberta to choose from, you can dive into the most haunted building at Fort Edmonton Park, the Firkins House, or investigate 1885 Street and learn the basics of paranormal investigations.

Participants will be equipped with various investigative tools, such as Echovox, Spirit Boxes, Motion Detectors, Recording Devices, Laser Grids, and EMF Readers, to assist in their exploration of the unknown.

The Introductory Tour is ideal for newcomers to paranormal investigation. It includes a guided tour of 1885 Street, where guests will visit several haunted sites like Kernohan’s Millinery, Lauder’s Bakehouse, and Doc Wilsons’. This option focuses on teaching the basics of paranormal investigation in a welcoming environment for those curious about the supernatural.

The Intermediate Tour, on the other hand, is designed for guests with some prior experience or a deeper interest in paranormal activity. This tour centers around the Firkins House, reputed to be the most haunted building in Fort Edmonton Park, offering three hours of dedicated investigation time for a more immersive experience.

Each tour is a 3.5-hour experience, with two groups of 10 participants running concurrently. The park emphasizes that paranormal encounters cannot be guaranteed and that no scare tactics are employed.

So, come with an open mind and prepare for the unexpected. Dress appropriately for the weather and be ready for short periods of walking as you move between haunted locations. Please note that this event requires a lot of focus, stillness, and concentration, so it’s not suitable for children under 14.
