On June 5th, World Environment Day, A&W is offering a promotion where customers can receive a free reusable A&W One Cup with the purchase of any regular-priced beverage.

This offer is available at participating A&W restaurants across Canada, starting from 6 AM and continuing while supplies last, with a limit of one per customer.
The A&W One Cup is part of an innovative program aimed at reducing single-use cup waste. This exchangeable cup system allows customers to bring their One Cup back to any A&W location for a clean exchange. Each time a cup is reused, A&W provides a 20-cent discount on beverage purchases as an incentive. The cups are suitable for both hot and cold drinks and are cleaned and sanitized by A&W.
Per the news release, this initiative is supported by Coke Canada Bottling, which sees it as a valuable opportunity to explore sustainable solutions in the Canadian market. Since its introduction, the One Cup program has successfully prevented over 200,000 cups from being discarded into landfills.
Customers interested in this eco-friendly option should plan to visit their local A&W early on June 5th, as only the first 72 patrons at each location will receive a free cup with their beverage purchase.
