KFC Canada has rolled out a limited-time menu dedicated to pickle flavours, adding several new items that combine its signature fried chicken with dill-inspired twists. The launch marks one of the chain’s boldest specialty lineups in recent years, according to the company.

Jordan Sequeira, Senior Marketing Manager for Brand & Communications at KFC Canada, said the menu reflects the growing popularity of pickles across food trends. “Pickles are having a major cultural moment, and we wanted to serve up something that celebrates that obsession,” Sequeira said.
The new lineup, called the Pickled Menu, is available now through KFC’s website, mobile app, and participating restaurants across Canada. The items are as follows:
- Pickle Sandwich – Made with triple-breaded fried chicken, bread and butter pickles, crispy pickle pieces, mayonnaise, and dill seasoning.
- Loaded Pickle Fries – French fries topped with fried pickle pieces, mayo, and a sprinkle of dill seasoning.
- Fried Pickle Chips – Breaded and fried pickle slices served with ranch dressing for dipping.
- Pickle Pepsi – A version of Pepsi mixed with pickle brine, offered as a beverage option.
The menu will only be available for a limited period, though no end date has been specified.
This rollout continues KFC Canada’s strategy of seasonal offerings to attract attention through unusual flavour combinations. The Pickled Menu follows previous specialty items such as spicy chicken sandwiches and regionally inspired meals.
Customers can order the pickle-themed selections in-store, online at KFC.ca, or through the KFC app while supplies last.
